3. If you're voting by mail, please read all the instructions beforehand to make sure your vote gets counted and vote as soon as you get your ballot to help the USPS deliver it on time for election day.
4. If it's your first time voting by mail, make sure you check to see if your state requires you to send in a copy of your ID along with your ballot.
